Payless car rental in Philadelphia employee stole my phone and left me stranded. I told the manager that I left it in the car and was only out of the car for 2 minutes, the only person who was in the car had my phone they turned it off so I would not hear it ring. very unprofessional customer service and I will never ever rent anything from them again I was able to track my stolen phone back to their location and then to West Philadelphia

Don’t rent a car from Payless, the worst company ever. In March, I rented a car from them, when I returned my car at airport around 11:30pm, which was in time, but no one was there to check me out, so I parked the car, and left the key in the car. Then they charged me 2 extra days, called them and trying to dispute it. They lied. They could have checked the camera that I really returned in time. What a great company!!
