Incompetent people! I scheduled to pick up the car at 1 AM! When I arrived, there was nobody there! Just a sign telling me to use another agency called Avis that would assist me! When I got there, there was a line of 30 people and only one attendant!👎🏿
Gave me a car that had electrical issues 2hrs into trip. Switched in Key West for a replacement based on road side assistance. Got charged an extra week+ for original being returned, as well as charging my card twice. And refusing to issue any refund.
DO NOT BOOK THROUGH PAYLESS. After you make a "reservation" online, no one will be at the office/counter in the airport so you'll be forced to book somewhere else at a higher price, and then you'll spend the next few months trying to get your money back.
