I've rented cars from his place numerous times. Easy access from ONT via free shuttle service. Lots of.cars to.choose from I rent from Alamo, Avis, National, Enterprise, and Payless. Customer service are friendly and helpful. Fox and Eurocar free shuttle service is located in this center. The reasons why I gave it 4 stars is because their shuttle service is slow.
Will do Turo next time. Rented cars several times here, airport shuttle is packed and counter always seems understaffed for the long lines.
Refused to give rental car because I didn't have flight info.
You will REGRET it. Horrible customer service. Fraudulent activity. Wouldnt give a car rental yet kept payment. Now time is being wasted fighting for money that should be refunded. This will be reported to every agency possible. DO NOT rent with PAYLESS.
