Payless had least expensive option going through priceline. I usually end up with one of the more well known names. But "rolled the dice " to save $30. I read reviews and git worried. But had already paid non refundable payment. The whole process went smoothly. On returning car they could have used another sign, but I remembered lot I got car from. Wasn't impressed with the car itself, but it was clean. I just didn't like the car itself, which is not their problem.

Charged us a $22 fee after returning the rental for a “fuel charge” when the tank was as full as it can get. Claimed we used 21.5 gallons (the exact tank size) and only retuned it with 19.xxx gallons - we had fuel remaining when we filled it the one and only time. It can’t hold anymore fuel and was filled up less than a mile away. In other words, it was impossible to add 21.5 gallons of fuel.

DO NOT RENT HERE! They are the worst. I wanted to extend my stay for one more day, but they charged me a ridiculous amount. Horrible service., I need it to add a driver and they wanted me to cancel the reservation and do it again so they can charge me double the price !!! THEY ARE OUT TO GET YOU FOR ANYTHING THEY CAN !!! When you get to the guest register, there is only one person working. You have to wait about 30 minutes to get service!! the worse. I also forgot my garage opener and left the car.
