Absolute worst rental experience of my life. I was quoted rental cost of $94 each for 3 cars and when I got there the cost had gone up to over $300 per vehicle. In addition, if you don’t purchase their expensive insurance on top of my other insurance provided by my credit card they charge a $3000 deposit. they would not let me charge to 1 card so I had to use 3 different CC’s for a total of $9000 deposit. Rented through Expedia only to receive an email with all sorts of possible and probable fees that are going to be charged on top of my prepaid rental. Tried for about 16 hours to call the rental office in Tulsa only to get a busy signal or disconnected message. Reached out to Expedia and they informed me I was just going to have to forfeit my entire 168 dollars and move on. Don’t get trapped by this scam company. Can't get nobody to answer phone and it' always has a busy signal
Super bad experience the headache have lasted for over a month, they are charging me double and do not want to refund the money. Their provided phone number doesn’t work, I had to go to the airport to talk to a manager and still has not fix it. Plus all the ridiculous hidden fees they make a $40 reservation $200
