The day after a snow storm, I needed a rental last minute. Mr. Cornell went above and beyond to help me out, despite having alot full of snow. I would definitely recommend!

The employee failed to explain the rules and hidden fees. I was never informed about the price increase. When I tried to resolve the issue, I was yelled at and treated disrespectfully. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers deserve clear information and respectful communication.
Great car rental and very reasonable pricing. Mr Cornell was a pleasure to work with and assisted me quickly and in a very caring manner. The VW Jetta was a very nice and smooth ride. 10/10 would rent again.
