I always have a great experience when renting a car from there . I have rented a car at least 3 times for work and Mr Cornell is always so helpful and welcoming.

I rented a car from this location due to an emergency. My car broke down on my way to work. They worked with me and gave me a reliable car fast. I really appreciate it.

tried to charge me almost triple the cost of my reservation to buy their insurance which wasn’t stated ANYWHERE while I was booking on their website. then the older black gentleman at the counter tried to say he told me this when I called the previous day which he did not. horrible customer service from this place just go somewhere else I wasted an hour of my time and uber money to leave with no rental. According to other reviews they apparently do these hidden insurance fees a lot. wow :(

I recommend this place to everyone!! Cheaper than any other place! Also I got a 2025 which was a surprise for the money I spent and Cornell was such a joy and a great help! Payless is awesome!!!

The people at Northeast. Fourth Point are Very friendly and professional and fast.Best place to rent a car
