Ok. I Normally don't write bad reviews, but this was actually soo crazy and inexcusable I feel I have to let the people know what's going on. Booked a car ahead of time, fully paid online and when it's finally time to go pick up the vehicle, THEY HAVE NONE AVAILABLE. And never is. Online it will say its available but nope!! False advertising! That's right they take your money knowing that they have no cars on site or ever available. I had a very easy experience here with picking up my rental. Plus, Mr. Cornell was extremely pleasant to work with. He was even making jokes with my husband and I which made it feel more personal. He was upfront about all costs and explained certain things, like the EZ Pass fee if I didn't bring my own. He was able to use my insurance so I didn't get charged with an additional insurance. Our car was already pulled up and ready to go by the time we were all done. Definitely coming here again.
Ok, after reading some good and bad comments, it’s now time to write mine. I came to visit my uncle in Philly. I wanted to see my sister, who lives in NJ. So, I was referred this company. I’m starting off of with the short guy in the front, he was very kind, and funny. The price was just perfect. I got the car full, cleaned inside and out. Overall I had a great experience with them. I’d recommend it to anyone who want to rent a vehicle.
The staff at Payless were helpful, understanding and a pleasure to speak with, it may be busy but the wait is worth it.
I had a great experience here, the car was clean and orderly and the check in/out was smooth. and more importantly it was great to meet and chat with Cornell!
