On the day of my scheduled reservation, I went to go pick up my rental car 1/2 hr earlier than my pick up time and no one was in the office. Doors were locked, called the office and no one answered my calls (multiple times) the business seemed like it was out if businessor something! I waited for an hour or so, no one returned back so at this time I had to cancel my reservation through the website which they told me this office is a third party car rental place and couldn't satisfy my refund... The day after a snow storm, I needed a rental last minute. Mr. Cornell went above and beyond to help me out, despite having alot full of snow. I would definitely recommend!
