They do not cover their warranty I recently bought a jeep from them and I needed to replace my ball joints only 8000 kms in warranty covers up until 10k and Austin basically told me to take a hike. Austin Beyak reached out to me via Facebook messenger about a used vehicle I was selling on Facebook marketplace, he was aggressive and rude when I wouldn’t immediately send him the VIN. Extremely unprofessional and seem to obtain their inventory from Facebook marketplace, would avoid at all costs.
Jonah was very helpful and quick to respond via emails and calls with questions we had, and very pleasant to deal with. Kale was also helpful.
I sold my car to them recently and had a pleasant experience, the staff are very nice and helpful. I would totally recommend.
My partner and I bought my 2021 Warlock sight unseen, but kudos to Drew, Austin and Kale made it a such a friendly and positive experience. Will definitely refer people to you guys for sure!
