Awful customer service.
Payless is a very honest shop with fair prices. Both owners were so pleasant to deal with, and quickly got my parts for me at an affordable price. They ended up saving me a ton of money, as the shop my car was in was charging an exorbitant amount for an alternator and battery. Highly recommend checking them out if you are in need of any auto parts!

Love the staff, love the prices. I priced my brakes and rotors against R***auto.com, and They were the same cost as the internet site with delivery. So technically you are paying the same. Had an issue with one of the brake pads and was instantly taken care of.
