Found a fantastic therapist there, Shane. Yet was waitlisted for an appointment I didn’t know about (didn’t make the appointment, can’t drive), after talking to them was told they couldn’t do anything for me and to search for other counseling services. Also had a counselor here who failed to inform me she was leaving and left me to figure it out. Front office is very rude. More than one time you think you have an appointment and then call up and find out that the appointment that you scheduled isn't what they have you down for. When you question the receptionist about the appointment she becomes very rude and says she would be happy to cancel all appointments! What kind of management puts up with their employees being so rude to the patients that are being treated there. Ifcould have given it less than one star I would h
