I agree with what one past reviewer said - Dr. Gupta was very knowledgeable and competent. However, I did not appreciate her rude bedside manner and interpersonal communication. She often talked down to me with a frustrated and impatient tone, which was condescending and unprofessional. I’ve seen her change her demeanor to be friendly and gentle with other patients, so it’s possible she just doesn’t know how to treat everyone with the same respect.
Dr Payal Gupta is a phenomenal allergy doctor. She has given excellent care to our family. Both myself and my teenage daughter have immeasurably benefited from Dr Gupta’s high level of expertise as a diagnostician and care provider. Helpful and fast visit! Really friendly and easy to talk to.
Dr. Gupta is very professional, friendly, and easy to speak with. She thoroughly listened to my concerns and symptoms then helped Identify my specific allergy triggers. I learned I am allergic to one of my pets. Fortunately, Dr. Gupta not only prescribed me medication to lower my reaction but she also gave me strategies so that I could continue living comfortably with my dog. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends and family.
Dr Gupta was great! She is easy to talk to and really cares. I had a severe asthma attack and she called me several times to make sure all my symptoms cleared. Her staff is great too! Nice clean office.
Dr. Gupta was awesome! I get allergy shots every week so her office being so quick and easy has helped me out a ton! The staff is great and such a clean office. Highly recommend!
Dr. Gupta is a fantastic doctor. She was able to diagnose my issue and treat my skin problem quickly and effectively. I must admit that I'm one of those people that hates going to doctors but Dr. Gupta was a pleasure to deal with and made my visit stress free. I recommend her with flying colors.
I love Dr. Gupta she is down to earth, caring, easy to talk to and very professional. She listens to me without interruption and take time to address every single one of my concerns. I feel very satisfied with my visit and I highly recommend her!
