Time to terminate a lot of its workforce. Response times are horrible. Service is terrible and to get anything done, it takes months for simple things that should take no more than a day. Specialists assigned are NEVER available and no supervisors are able to help. Specialists are unqualified. They don’t escalate issues, never take responsibility, never refund for their errors and working with Paycom is more work than just doing the work yourself. Worst HCM company I’ve used in 20 years of multi state business.
Paycom is a fantastic Payroll/HR software that I would recommend to anyone looking to streamline their business processes with a single database solution! Employees LOVE the ease of use and accessibility of their information!
