Best software I've ever used. As an employee at a company that uses Paycom, I never want to work at a company that doesn't use Paycom!
This company has so many glitches. First, you can’t add a second account if you want to split your paycheck!! So that’s a big deal!! It’s been a month and nobody has responded yet! Second big issue that I just noticed is, you can’t get hours from your sick time!! Meaning you only have the option to take 8 hours of your sick time. So you can’t just get 1 or 5 hours of your sick time, you have to take 8 at a time!! What payroll company does that!!! In general it’s not a user friendly app or website at all!!
