Paycom sales tactics border on harassment. Yesterday a sales person entered our headquarters building through an employee entrance and wandered around looking the a contact name from his prospect list. When two employees encountered him wandering around he lied, stating he had a meeting scheduled. He did not! This is not the first time. We have had sales reps from Paycom enter our retail locations asking for "contacts" stating they had a meeting. This has been ongoing for a couple of years. Paycom changed the way our Practice fuctions within the employee space. It streamlined payroll, recruitment, time and attendance, performance management and benefits administration. Four years ago, we went from a very antiquated legacy system to Paycom which brought us into the 21 century!

I can not stress this enough do not ever do business with Paycom. I was with them for a little over a year and in that time not only did my company choose to leave Paycom, but the two companies that recommended them to me also left. The customer service is abysmal. They promise you the world and deliver nothing. We were over charged and when I brought it to their attention they told me they were escalating the issue and would rectify the situation. Over a year later they still could not give me an answer or refund my money. ... read more
