Paycom changed the way our Practice fuctions within the employee space. It streamlined payroll, recruitment, time and attendance, performance management and benefits administration. Four years ago, we went from a very antiquated legacy system to Paycom which brought us into the 21 century!

I can not stress this enough do not ever do business with Paycom. I was with them for a little over a year and in that time not only did my company choose to leave Paycom, but the two companies that recommended them to me also left. The customer service is abysmal. They promise you the world and deliver nothing. We were over charged and when I brought it to their attention they told me they were escalating the issue and would rectify the situation. Our company has recently upgraded to BETI in Paycom and Robyn McDonald's, Transition Specialist, expertise, knowledge, and great customer service is what made this implementation go extremely smooth. She communicated with us throughout the training and followed up to make sure we had no issues with this enhanced payroll process. Our employees have expressed that they really like the "approve my check" feature with Beti and it has also cut down on payroll errors that we would normally had prior to implementing Beti.
