This is the worst payroll company I’ve ever worked with. Mistakes are a regular occurrence and they don’t really seem to care. I’ve been asking them to correct a mistake on a 1099 they issued for 5 months now. I’ve been either told the request was sent to another department or I’ve been ignored completely. They overcharge to cause aggravation and cost you time and money. I’d stay away from this company.
The worst payroll company I have had to work with!
Had them for years now. Always answered immediately and very helpful. Obviously something has changed. I can't get ahold of my specialist, he hasn't called back for months. I keep leaving him messages. I finally got through to the online chat today after an hour or more wait and I was immediately kicked off. - It's cost me more in losses with Paychex that it's worth. I would definitely consider an alternative.
If I could give it no stars I would. I have spent 30 minutes on hold because I have to change my phone number. It will not allow me to log in unless I have that number and on the phone customer service line there is no option for help when it comes to this issue. I am forced to wait by the live chat which has connected me to literally no one in 40 minutes.
