If you have a small business and need payroll/tax services, DO NOT use this company. I'm actually about to fire them and move the service to their competitor. There were numerous incidents over the year that got me upset but the following is what finally prompted me to terminate their service and if you're a current customer, I urge you to do the same. I would love to inform anyone considering using this company that obtaining access to account information answers, or anything important, won't be obtained by giving them a simple phone call. Rest assured, the service is horrendous. I was on hold with them forever, and nobody answered. They also promised a callback, which happened, only to put me on hold again.

Just to contact them is a long process. i waited on the phone and when the representative finally picked up they said nothing and did nothing. i heard them in the background and their kids in the background. for like a couple of seconds then they hung up. i had to call a few times to finally get in touch with someone. I called to report labor fraud but they did not have i guess an action plan. They need to E-verify I-9's.
