I have been going through this payroll company for a good number of years now and have had nothing but problem after problem with them. Definitely do not recommend. I myself am on the hunt for a new payroll service!!!
I would like to say that I am very upset with paychex as a company. I lost my state insurance, and I asked my corporate at work if I could get insurance before our due date next for enrollment which is July of next year. I reached out to Paychex 8/25 by phone. I spoke with a really nice lady that told me she would document my call regarding getting health insurance, so that the ball would be in motion before the deadline on their end. I sent over documents within hours on 8/25 that she requested. I did not hear back from anyone. I emailed again a week later 9/1. I the application is user-friendly and intuitive. Unfortunately if you really have a problem that needs solving in relation to being overcharged for services they will run you in circles, switch you to different reps constantly and despite having proof u were overcharged, will simply keep ignoring your request to refund. My best advice is DO NOT ALLOW these individuals access to your business bank account. Fees pop up out of nowhere and your requests to explain and resolve the issue, will go ignored. Right now I have been waiting over a week and a half for a response to an issue relating overcharged fees and additional fees that were charged without notification. I've now sent a letter outling details to the Illinois States Attorney and another packet with notes to the IRS regarding Paychex Flex practices which I'm certain are violating the law. I also instructed my Chase Bank business account to halt all ACH withdrawals by this organization. I've been very diligent in record keeping and in getting results despite their ... read more
