The low reviews are exactly on point. Paychex is awful. Go with them if you never want to get paid on time. They have one job and they CANNOT do it. Avoid this company like the plague. Customer service is also the worst.

Do NOT contact this company for service. If you get a quote they will harass you nearly every day through their telemarketers. I get calls, texts and emails even though I told EVERY TIME they contact me that I went with a different service after ready the horrible reviews. Apparently they are going for volume over service as a business model. STAY AWAY.

I have had the worst experience with this company! Please do your research and go elsewhere. I am currently looking for a new firm to handle our companies payroll and thankful I did not buy in to further services. It is a Friday after 5pm and my employees ONCE again had to stand and wait for me to write personal checks because the courier did not show with paychecks (happened multiple times now). HORRIBLE experience. I had to call and email multiple people to get in touch with someone. It took them over two weeks to respond to me. The lack of communication was insane! One lady literally never responded to my email. Also, they charged my account without warning, without telling me, and without explaining what it was for. RUN AWAY!!!
