I'm writing this review so people get aware before they hire a company this size! If you are a small business, you better take your payroll needs to a smaller,local , accountant or payroll firm. I hire their payroll servises and workers comp. For the las 2 quarter's of the year. Short story (they never make the state tax requirements on my behalf) why ? Paychex 401k doesn't follow up, you get to be left alone in the dark - they give you personal attention on the sign-in stages, and then you have to deal with a call center with random representatives who have different information some know what they are talking about and some don't. Therefore, no personal attention whats or ever and you left to your own devices to figure it out. they don't take any responsibility and don't answer emails for support unless you send a few reminders that you need answers, and if they do answer... read more
Annoying sales tactics. Going on 3 weeks now telling the same ignorant, rude lady that we are not interested. All the more reason to stay with ADP.
