RUN AWAY. I am the owner of a small therapy practice with only two employees and had a TERRIBLE professional experience with this company. I am a small business and have received the worst customer service. I have simply been trying to get access to payroll reports via their online dashboard, and my assigned representative has told me multiple times that I should have access, yet I still don't have access. I cannot simply access my own payroll reports via their online platform.

Paychex will not cancel my account, I haven’t used there services in 2yrs! They charge every month and more for reports that have nothing on them! I have called in multiple times to get my account cancelled, and I just keep gettting charged!!!!!!!

Yes they got to me to, I feel like I have been violated. They are probably the number one company in making promises and never delivering. 7000.00 mistake with the Fed tax deposit. They told I would have to take it up with them even though they took the money out of my account. I should have looked at the reviews before I signed. Stay away!
