I would definitely give them negative stars if I could. They are the absolute worst payroll service I've ever dealt with. We have several remote workers and trying to get everything set up for the different state taxes was an absolute nightmare!!! The reps they assigned to us had no clue what they were doing. We were told they had everything they needed, then we would get notices from the different states saying they still needed information or that our taxes hadn't been filed. The absolute worst, most unorganized, unprofessional service we’ve ever worked with. Go ANYWHERE else for your payroll needs. Update: if your business responded this quickly and with this much concern, we wouldn’t be in this situation.

They are the worst. They are like the stuff stuck to the bottom of your shoes. They play games and never do what is needed. Over a year trying to move away from them. They need negative stars.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Quite literally one of the absolute worst companies I have ever worked with. Their entire staff is incompetent, doesn’t hold accountability- places blame on customers even when they are in the wrong, their communication is nothing but the worst, and much much more. I could go on for days on end. I ended my account 5 MONTHS AGO and they have now sent me to collections for services I asked them not to complete as I was discontinuing services! I ended my relationship with Paychex for several reasons. The rep that was assigned to me was never available, took forever to respond. Once you end the relationship, you lose all reports. Meaning, to retrieve any data (IE: tax info), you have to pay $529 bucks!!!! When I was using them, chat line was horrible, customer service was non existent. I would not recommend them and encourage you to not do business with such a company.
