This company is so hard to get a hold of. I've been trying to cancel my service and they keep charging me. They refuse to refund the money they took from me when I wasn't using their service. Will need to take them to court.
They are horrible. My payroll rep has been sending request since May 19. No one from Paychex insurance will even return a call or email request for help! How can they take your premium payments and not help you when there is a problem. Do not get insurance through Paychex it’s all bad.
if i could give negative 1 million star, i would. PAYCHEX has been deducting calsaver contributions but was not remitting the money to calsaver. we have been asking where the money of our employees is going and they cannot give us an answer. No supervisor or mananger will answer calls. This is so frustrating.
It took 6 months to get the benefits right for a team of 4. Mistakes after mistakes: typo ; wrong numbers ; etc. Then, for no reason they cancel the benefits. Impossible to reach over the phone or by email.
I can't even give a star to this company. After numerous calls to and filing paperwork to stop payroll, I have been charged for 3 months and just today charged again. Will never do business with this company ever again.
