Paychex has been unresponsive and unwilling to help my company resolve a tax paperwork issue I've been having since April. They promise to help on the phone but never do. The only thing Paychex can do is take your money. They are worthless otherwise.

I am with the franchise Club Pilates and my account had turned hands 4 times. The last rep, Aaliyah Hicks, was unable to listen to my needs with my account and on payroll day I sent her my info with issues/errors and was told my account transitioned yet another time. Her supervisor Bree Wentworth, refused to help transition the account the day payroll was due and they told me to go to another office for support to basically start over. They don't care about the customer experience or finishing projects that one person starts... read more

Every time I call, I get a message saying "We're experiencing higher than expected call volume" and end up waiting for close to 3 hours. Customer service reps are great if you can get ahold of them

We’ve been a Paychex customer for 15 years without any major problems. Recently, our newly assigned payroll specialist never returned any emails and never processed payroll for our company. Calling my specialist is cumbersome. When given the option to press zero to reach someone else on the “team”, it didn’t recognize my selection. I called back the main # and was on hold for over 13 minutes before I finally reached someone to process our payroll. Completely unacceptable. I’ve left several messages, but so far no response.
