All I can say is Awful company to work with. The only reason we switched payroll companies is because we wanted to go with Oasis but ever since Paychex took over, it has been awful working with them!

This company seems to only hire incompetent people. I have now sent my direct deposit information to them FIVE times, yet three months later, they have failed to process it. They have a new excuse each time. The "payroll specialist" assigned to the company for which I work has been "out of the office" since before I started. I am starting to doubt she even exists. Do NOT go with this service.

Did not file my taxes for multiple quarters and never took ownership off how they treated me as a client. Terrible customer services if you can’t get through to them. They totally screwed up my relationship with Florida department of revenue and cost me thousands of dollars in getting my taxes fixed.

This is the worst company to deal with as a employer. You can only get in touch with someone when you want to buy a service. Even then, they manage to botch things up. Terrible follow up. All they know how to do is run payroll. If you need anything else or have a problem they need to resolve, good luck!
