WORST PAYROLL SERVICE IN THE UNITED STATES.
Amy refuses to speak with me any further regarding a paycheck that i have not received. Our payday was Friday, no check. Called on Monday, assured check was to be overnighted and wasn't done. Now Wednesday and still no check. Then I call and she refused to discuss. Attorneys will be contacted if no check here by 5pm to day and all late fees and reconnection fees and lost food will be their responsibility
Paychex is withholding payment of our 2020 ERTC tax refund of over $50,000.00. It's now June 2023 and the ERTC window is closing. They claim they haven't received the funds from the IRS, but also won't share any information confirming the claim has been filed.
They mess up my company’s bi-monthly payroll 2 to 3 times a year. I shouldn’t have to baby sit this process when Paychex charged twice as much as their competitor.
