Management don’t respect their employees they pay little but ask so much from you. It’s a toxic environment to work in management and employee gossip too much. I wasn’t respected I am a mother and my manger Ruth knew that and refuse to help me so that I am able to work and pick up my child. She yelled and disrespected me in my face after another employee told her something not knowing if it was a lie or not. This company charged me $1200 for an "amendment fee" for a mistake they made- They sent me a bunch of w2s and 1099s with no addresses and social security numbers and then charged me to send the correct ones. Multiple people apologized and assured me I would have a refund in days..Its been months and I have now heard its up to "upper management".. Shady company that will do whatever they can to charge you any way they can. Too many other payroll companies to go with than to be scammed by this one.
If i could put a -5 star i would, i will not ever recommend this payroll company. after i signed a contract Risk Management send me an email. "Our Risk Management department has determined through an in-depth review that you’re not a good candidate for Paychex Services." i felt this is very racist for a small women business who just started her business and wants her employee to get paid. wow way to go for paychex. after i signed a contract and set up the employee and did all the work to set her up.
BUYER BEWARE!! BUYER BEWARE!! Great Sales Team - Great at selling everything under the sun!! TERRIBLE DELIVERY and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I use paychex for my small business payroll and workers comp and have to literally FIGHT with these people to pay my Florida Unemployment Insurance. I have found many hundreds of other customers making the same claims that Paychex does not pay their state unemployment taxes, when this is part of the service payroll customers are signing up for - that is kind of the point.
