The sales people are fine, the follow-through is not. Was promised a start date for payment for employees, never was told it was delayed until two days before pay date. I had to ask them, they were never going to tell me. I was going to be left with no payments to my employees with no explanation from PayChex, guess who feels the repercussions for that? Hint, It’s not PayChex. But they will still collect fees when they pay out on their delayed start date.
Obviously business is not good. They keep emailing me for there services. IF I WANT THE SERVICE, I WILL CALL. As a business owner, I don't appreciate all the rmails. GET LOST?!
