horrible, ignores requests blatantly regarding hair. I said specifically maybe 10 time to KEEP THE LENGHT. My hair used to go up to my lower back now it barely goes past my shoulders. I am insanely upset, this style does not suit my face at all. Do not go here unless you want your hair chopped off.
