The thing I find most helpful with Pay-net that is different than the rest is they always answer during business hours and they take the time to explain things. Very helpful people.

I used this company to do payroll for my hair salon in La Jolla. Then the pandemic hit. So I called them to let them know that we need to pause service because they were still charging my account even when we were not processing payroll. When the salon was closed due to the shutdown. So I called them and told them that our business is not even open so there is no payroll. But they said the fee is there as long as our account is still active.
