Pay Assist do NOT pick up phone
I don’t write reviews but I had to call these people to set up a payment plan they never called me we set up said payment plan and come to find out they never set it up correctly, so now my stuff is in collections never received any calls and if they did call they said they don’t leave voicemails which is ridiculous. I’m not from this area I don’t receive many 509 calls so I would’ve answered it.
Bills do catch up to u after about 15 yrs lol 😔
Iv always had good customer service they are caring and great communication
Very nice people to deal with. I have no complaints about anything.
