Worthless cheap company. Only care about $$$ and not being audited screw employees or clients. The manager Erika is the worst, trust me use a different service from a former employees opinion.
They provided therapy to my 83 year old mother living in an assisted living facility. They sent me a bill every month for $165.00 but I have never received a report as to her progress nor have ever met or spoken to her therapist. I am a RN in California and visit my mom weekly. She has Parkinson's stage 5 and I realize she is not going to get better but I don't even know what treatment the therapist has been providing for my mom since she is non ambulatory and her left side has limited mobility.
