If I could give it 0 stars, I would. We came to get an estimate on a ring and look at others but the service was not the best. The associate with the red and black hair did not smile or greet us at all. When we asked her a question, it felt like we were bothering her. The older associate kept eyeing us and wasn’t that friendly either. Overall the staff made us feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable, judged rather than valued as customers.

they were very very rude over the phone and in person. they messed up my ring completely and uncharged from what they originally said. from now on will definitely not be going back.
I felt judged the moment I walked in the door. Whoever "helped" me was so rude. In the end, I didn't get any assistance and left. I will not be returning.
