They came out originally to give me a second opinion based on another companies original diagnosis. Mr. Austin immediately got to work and was able to do some minor maintenance that made a major difference. He was very straightforward about what was going on and everything he was doing. I am so glad I called and found the right people for the job.
Excellent work every time in fast service I couldn’t be happier with anybody. Prices are good often Christmases now as he could be very efficient if any of my friends ask who I use for heating and air. I always tell him y’all‘s name even though I can’t spell it most of the time.
Unfortunately these systems never break down at a convenient time. This was the case Labor Day 2026. I found my ac not working around 1 am. I waited until almost 8 am to call because nobody wants to be called at 1am. The tech was super friendly and had my system back up in about 20 minutes. He even showed me what the problem was and how to maintain that part of my ac unit. Great experience and I would highly recommend Ferrara’s to anyone in need of AC work. Great company!
