Ferrara’s sent a technician out quick and got our heat going again. Jeff Fitzgerald was very polite and professional. We would be glad to have him back if we ever need help again.
Our tech Jimmy was very polite and helpful! Ferraras was very prompt in sending someone out! Highly recommend!
I would give Julie and Bryant 10 stars if I could!!!! 4:30 on a Friday afternoon A/C stopped working. I called and talked to Julie, telling her I know it’s too late for today, but could she please possibly get me on the schedule for Monday morning. She assured me a tech would be out today, and one hour later Bryant showed up. Took him only about 30 minutes to diagnose and change out the capacitor. I am so thankful!!!! Definitely recommend Ferrara’s!
The people here are quick to respond and helpful.
I LOVE that they send a picture of the technician prior to coming out. They have been FAST and incredibly helpful for an on-going problem another company has not been able to fix.
