We appreciate all the work Matt’s crew did today!! They went above & beyond the call of duty as they even cut a tree that fell on the road to our home! They were very efficient in getting the whole AC system installed. In addition, Matt explained what transpired with the process and how to adjust the thermostat! Thank you!!
Ferrara’s sent a technician out quick and got our heat going again. Jeff Fitzgerald was very polite and professional. We would be glad to have him back if we ever need help again.

I would give Julie and Bryant 10 stars if I could!!!! 4:30 on a Friday afternoon A/C stopped working. I called and talked to Julie, telling her I know it’s too late for today, but could she please possibly get me on the schedule for Monday morning. She assured me a tech would be out today, and one hour later Bryant showed up. Took him only about 30 minutes to diagnose and change out the capacitor. I am so thankful!!!! Definitely recommend Ferrara’s!
