I have had multiple properties with this company and they have been very slow to pay the rent payments that have been paid and currently have a $1500 payment that was paid in October of 2023 and now it is January 2024 and they have still failed to pay!!! I Would not recommend if you expect to get paid or for your properties to manageged professionally!!!
