I recently stayed at the Vero Beach Inn and Suites I believe owned by PAX. This place was disgusting. See attached photos. I believe the photos say it all. Oh wait no they don't. My reservation confirmation indicated I reserved a renovated room. I think not. When googling them tonight to write a review I came across an article from last year I guess in a local paper Hometown News talking about its renovation and how great the owners are. Place was an extreme dump...would not recommend to NONE service was very unprofessional..had to sleep with door open all night because lock was broke. Was told it is was it is by Debbie abs could not get a refund at 3:05pm ...check in time was at 3pm I immediately asked for a refund and was told no deal with it. Can't give ABSOLUTELY NO STARS...can't take back the one I gave only to leave a review ABSOLUTELY hated this place...
Would give zero stars if possible this place is a scam I was charged for a room I could not even stay in and I got hung up on by the property manager Debbie this place was ridiculously unprofessional
