My therapist was extremely helpful and insightful during a difficult period of my life.
What a joke this place is. They are quick to get you a APN to give you pills, but if you need therapy..or xanax they dont offer any therapy or treatment for intense patients. Dont waste your time, bc they will certainly waste yours.
Although I had a “decent” experience with the APN that was assigned to me, everything else didn’t go as well as it needed to for someone as unwell as I was and still am. They are quick to medicate but slow to get you into therapy. I was even put on a medication I previously did very poor on, and denied my medication and treatment plan that has historically been known to work well for me. Absolutely appalling experience with PAX Health and Debora Monserrat. I was terminated as a patient mid-regimen for alleged “noncompliance” simply because I missed an appointment the day after starting a brand new job. Apparently, Dr. Monserrat believes securing employment should take a backseat to logging into a Zoom call. Never mind the fact that I immediately communicated this, or that a reschedule was never offered — just a cold discharge notice.
