Kate and team is amazing! Platinum level service. Kate came and visited with our new puppy to warm up to her. We become extremely comfortable with Kate and her knowledge. She is detailed oriented, provides amazing detailed write ups, and care for our fur baby like she was her own. I highly recommend Kate and her team. Know you will be in great hands.

Cons Communication could be more responsive. Scheduling and availability were not as convenient as expected. Updates about pets were limited or inconsistent. Total lifesavers! Having a professional come directly to the house meant my dogs got to keep their normal walking routine and avoid kennel stress. The communication is fantastic, though you do need to plan ahead to secure your spot during the busy summer months.
