We started taking our dogs here about 3 months ago...BEST decision ever! We are a military family and constantly moving from state to state. It’s always a struggle to find a good boarding facility/daycare for our fur babies. I am so thankful we found Jami and Cathy!! Our babies (Knox and Baya) get so excited when we drop them off. It’s a great feeling knowing that they are in good hands while we are away. Thank you so much for all you guys do!!
Very disappointed with our experience at Pawsitively Pets. First, our dog came home with a huge wound on his nose. When my husband asked what happened the employee said it happens to a lot of the dogs there from the wall. Um, do you not see a problem with animals getting injured from your facility? Secondly, the toys we sent him with were not put in with him. They were in perfect condition when they gave them back to us, but when we gave them to him when we got home he was already doing damage to them. Lastly, as soon as we ... read more
Wouldn't take my fur baby anywhere else!! Jami and Cathy treat our Copper like he was apart of their family...and Chelsea always makes him look so handsome after his grooming. You are all amazing! So grateful to have found such a wonderful place to care for our boy when we are away!!
HORRIBLE experience. Our dogs were filthy when we picked them up. Our boxer was terrified and yelping in pain (his back legs were extremely sore). He was lethargic for a couple of days and has also had diarrhea for a week. The blankets and dog bed we sent were not used. I would NOT recommend taking your fur babies to this place!

Please know I value your concern. However, I would never let any animal leave my facility "yelping in pain". I'm directly connected with a veteranian and would've used his services if needed. I have never had complaints of this sort. Please let me know how I can rectify this situation. Jami
We've been taking our Pooch there for almost a year- LOVE IT!! Have recommended it to others. Zoey gets SO excited she hears the kennel being loaded up. Thanks for taking such good care of our furbabies!!
They just did a great job on taking care on my cat Oreo with a emergency for getting her fixed and getting rid of a problem she's been having. And their prices are the cheapest I'v found in Sioux Falls
We Have been bringing our dogs here for years! We drive across town because jami and staff are so nice to our puppies and well taken care of!! Highly recommend!
Jami and Cathy are the best! We have been taking our dogs to Pawsitively Pets for over 12 years now-we wouldn't go any place else! They are awesome!
