This is the best company, I have worked with them for years now
The dog treats themselves are fine, nothing spectacular, but exactly what you would be expect to get. However, the customer service for this company is atrocious. They regularly are very slow to turn around their orders. Recently however they have been even worse, not responding to e-mails or returning calls. When their bakery shut down for two weeks due to COVID they did not inform their customers and tell them about the delays.
Owners are rude and inconsiderate of others. Food is overpriced and doesn't taste any better than other places in the same industry. King Soopers cakes and goodies are better than Cakeheads, honestly!
