My dog got his foot broken while being boarded. They called to tell us and said “when we found him, he was stuck in a floor drain”. My jaw was on the ground! They proceeded to tell us they would handle all expenses but only covered 2 vet visits then had their lawyer send us a note stating we were no longer being covered and no longer allowed back at Red Dog. After being loyal customers for several year it was shocking. DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE, they are horrible!!!

I had a great experience today with the staff on site during the blizzard! We brought my dog in during the blizzard and learned an hour hour later that our flight was cancelled. We couldn’t get on another flight until this Sunday. Of course we wanted to pick up our baby! The staff were amazing during all of this and super responsive! Brady will be back in Saturday!
The staff at Red Dog is the best! Thank you for taking such good care of my sweet foster pup, Brianna �� I was so nervous to leave her because she is so shy but they gave her so much care, love and understanding. If I lived closer, I would bring my dogs to Red Dog every day.
