My husband and I vacationed in Boston with our pup, Bentley. We decided to take him to Red Dog Pet Resort while we explored Boston. I can’t say enough good things about this place! We took him twice and the 2nd day when we walked in they remembered his name. :) Michelle came out to get him both days and was awesome! She even made us a report card letting us know how his day went. I highly recommend Red Dog Pet Resort!
LOVE RED DOG! The staff is so wonderful with my dog Luna with both puppy play and boarding and overall take such great care of her! Special shout out to Tammy and Rudy who pick her up and drop her off - they are so loving and wonderful with her as well. The grooming facilities are also fantastic and whenever I use them she always comes home looking fresh and smelling great! It is obvious how much all of the staff truly care about these animals and make sure they get taken care of based on their individual needs.
On our first day at Red Dog, Ivan, my 4 year old Pug, was greeted with many smiles and calming voices. He met ,amongst other beautiful pups ,Iggy and Duke. Can't wait for next visit. Will try swim class.
If I could give a ZERO I would. I have left my cats at Red Dog before. This last time was the WORST. They were boarded for 5 days. I called in and checked on them daily. When I would speak to some one, they would say "they are doing fine, just a little nervous around us, but their warming up". I asked how they were eating, drinking, and using the bathroom, I was told "the first day not so good, but the following days after, they were eating and using the bathroom good".
