We have been taking our two Pomeranians here for years even prior to their current location, since before they moved downtown. We recently (oct 2019) took both in for their yearly check ups and vaccines. Both of them got up to date on all vaccines but lepto. I think you have to love animals on a next level to work there. They are some amazing that when we take our dog she never hesitates. They greet here each time like its first and provide feedback when we pick her up. So kind, amazing and loving. If you want your dog to be social, then take them to Pawsh Playcare.
Can’t say enough about these wonderful people
I’m a little bias, because my daughter works there,but I wouldn’t go anywhere else for care for my fur babies. Dr Hatt saved my cat’s life. She’s my hero! I always recommend Pawsh to my friends and neighbors.
We went with our old girl she had pancreatitis and then we found out she had a tumor on her spleen. Her liver was failing and she was not going to let much longer. They worked with us to get her in said a beautiful poem and made her passing a bitter sweet good bye. We had her cremated and when we picked her ashes up there was a card signed by everyone who works there. The sweet little touches made us feel like family and that they truly care. FIVE STARS! The care my animals get from Dr. Hatt is exceptional! The staff is so friendly and sweet! All are very knowledgable! It’s so clean and you can tell everyone likes being there and if the employees are happy then customers feel at ease. This place is simply the best! 💗 Five ⭐️’s for sure! I’d give more if it was possible!
Just want to say I have been a happy client of pawsh place in Vacaville, but not so much at the moment . My mom called me upset on Monday because when she called to refill our dogs meds. We have been told to give 24-48 hours for them to fill. We did, but the office is closed until 9/13??? Our dog has lyphoma, and is on Prednisone to make his final days more comfortable. I value everyday we have left with him. To loose time with him because the vets office didn't notify of their closure is very unprofessional and not ok.
