It is with GREAT disappointment that I have to write this. I looked up this facility in hopes that I would find a groomer I could take my bundle of joy to on consistent bases. This facility is VERY knowledgable about cats and their behaviors, but this is THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL places I have ever PAID for a service to be done in my life. Not only was I told that spots are “highly coveted” and I should be grateful for them putting me on the schedule. Hands down, this is the best cat clinic I've ever been to... having lived in 3 different states! Ingrid & Dr. Globerman are a team like no other! They saved both my young cats' lives. Having been an owner of cats for many years, I truly feel that I have just learned about this phenomenal species through the education I received from the entire team at Paws Whiskers & Claws.
