We recently lost our sweet Cleo after 14 years, and they took such wonderful care of her. The cremation process was handled quickly and with so much compassion, and it gave us comfort knowing she was treated with love and dignity until the very end. Losing a pet is incredibly hard, but they created such a beautiful memorial for her. I highly recommend Trusted Journey to anyone going through the loss of a beloved pet.
Originally I had left a negative review on this place, only 2 stars, but since my 1st experience here they have been nothing but kind and understanding especially towards my frustrations. I took my baby Lumen here over the weekend and I'm disappointed at how things turned out. I called and asked a bunch of questions which were all answered very nicely and I had no problem there, but over the phone I made sure to say that I wanted ink paw prints done and I'd be willing to pay the $60 they would've charged for them. In person I show up with my cat and we discuss urn options and engravings and I'm certain I brought up the ink paw prints again. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who has had to say goodbye to a furry member of the family. They listened and helped me through the process of picking out an urn. They made the difficult process smooth and respected my wishes.
I recently lost my ball python. She was my companion for nearly 10 years. They helped me so much through the process. Very personable making the process much more light hearted and easy going. I would recommend them to any and all pet owners.
