10/10 would recommend to anyone who has had to say goodbye to a furry member of the family. They listened and helped me through the process of picking out an urn. They made the difficult process smooth and respected my wishes.
I recently lost my ball python. She was my companion for nearly 10 years. They helped me so much through the process. Very personable making the process much more light hearted and easy going. I would recommend them to any and all pet owners.
I cannot say enough good things about Trusted Journey in Champaign. My cat passed away at home late in the afternoon. I brought her in and they were so sweet any patient with me as we completed the paperwork. It was the end of the work day and I know they were due to go home, but they never rushed me. Even chit chatted about pets with me. They clearly love animals. They were able to get her remains back to us quickly and had packaged the urn and paw print beautifully for us.
