I cannot say enough good things about Trusted Journey in Champaign. My cat passed away at home late in the afternoon. I brought her in and they were so sweet any patient with me as we completed the paperwork. It was the end of the work day and I know they were due to go home, but they never rushed me. Even chit chatted about pets with me. They clearly love animals. They were able to get her remains back to us quickly and had packaged the urn and paw print beautifully for us. Had a great experience with Trusted Journey. Very attentive and highly compassionate. They did a wonderful job with my beloved dog’s urn. Definitely recommend.
Beyond kind and caring. They treated my daughter and I with gentleness and patience as we said our final goodbyes to our FatMan. For those concerned with cost, they were very reasonably priced and have a multitude of options from urns to memory items like the inked paw prints and necklaces we opted for. Very satisfied and beyond thankful for Julie and Paws & Remember.
Recently our Great Dane crossed the rainbow bridge. Paws and Remember was the solution proposed to us by our vets at Northgate in Decatur. When they came to pick up our pet, the gentleman, was extremely nice and tender while handling him. Next day we went to give our final goodbye, and even though we knew that this was not a funerary setting, they still presented him in a very good way and allowed us to say our final good bye's.
