The sales clerk told that I have to pay for the bottle that dropped on the floor. I told him to show his policy and point out where it says that. The clerk gave me an attitude, he probably doesn't know that the customer is always right. Terrible customer service. Buyer beware
Lake Worth is lucky to have such an awesome privately owned pet store right downtown. Small businesses are the way to go and you won’t be disappointed here!
This is my local pet store and let me tell you, the staff is super! They were very helpful and informative and they also have kittens up for adoption! I’m going tomorrow to adopt a little guy ��
Love this store. Just discovered it the other week and finally went inside yesterday. They have such a great selection of food, treats, and accessories for your furry friends. I will be a frequent shopper!
