We had never had dogs with a lot of hair before we got our Buddy. Someone referred us to a shop to have his nails clipped and Buddy was anxious the entire time and the lady kept causing them to bleed. Next time they needed trimming we stopped by Paws N Claws. Danielle stopped what she was doing and trimmed his nails without incident. Now when Buddy goes, he acts like he is visiting family. I have two furbabies who are anxious and ancy when it comes to going to the vet or the groomers. I have used the same groomer in Garner for 8 years but because of medical reasons, she can no longer groom them for me. I asked around about a groomer in the area who was caring and would give good service. Everyone I talked to suggested Paws N Claws. Jillian does a fantastic job with Milo, my standard poodle. Milo is all boy and is always a challenge.Jillian gets his hair just perfect and somehow makes him white again even when he is filthy from digging tunnels in my back yard. I appreciate the wonderful job and friendly customer service.
My dog Pennie LOVES Danielle! She gets excited to see her every time we go to Paws N Claws. I never have to worry about my dog when I drop her off with Danielle. I know she will be well taken care of. I can always Facebook them and get a appointment very quickly without any hassle. Pennie always looks and smells great when I pick her up. This is the only place I will take my Pennie.
