RecommendedLaurie at paws in paradise went above and beyond my expectations to make sure our fur baby was taken care of. She gave my 7 year old a plant to plant in memory of Munch, and treated us great as I sat and cried in the room. She opened up just for me to come pick up my baby today, and didn't shove me out the door, she sat and talked to me until I was ready to go. When our “Lil Guy”, Rusty suddenly passed away we were so heartbroken! I quickly looked on the internet for what to do. The 1st thing I found was Paws In Paradise. I usually go look at reviews but in this case I just wanted to get through the process as fast as I could. What an amazing service they offer. Everyone was so kind and compassionate. Very personable, compassionate service. Megan made the process so much easier for me and was accessible for questions. I had never done this before, and everything from the service to the memorial items exceeded my expectations - the box that holds the ashes is very, very nice. Definitely a "5 Star" business.
First time I used Paws in Paradise Pet Crematory was before a puppy I got ride of was hit by a car and killed. they picked him up and sent a key chain. I was amazed by how caring. I used them again yesterday after my 4 months old puppy got very sick and passed. they have the best staff and super caring. I cant wait to get my babies remains back. thank you so much for all yall do.

They are compassionate from the moment they pick up our furry family member to the time we pick up the cremains. They go the extra mile. We lost one of our cats last year. They came to the vet's office to pick him up. Just this week we lost another beloved cat at the 24 hour clinic in Killeen.We requested that they keep our cat overnight until we could contact Paws in Paradise. They are truly amazing in such difficult times and are there matter what time day it is or what time of the night it may be. we just lost our sweet Roy tonight and they were there to help us right away! you truly are angels!
