Didn't care for how long it took to have the paw prints done to actually having her buried since she had passed on a Saturday, And they didn't do the prints until Monday. I kinda wonder are they even her prints. She sat out for those days in the element, shame. We politely asked for her back.and was able to bury her in her own plot where we are able to visit her whenever we like. Now that comforting!!!!
My service dog went missing the 2nd of April and was found the 18th of May 3 hours away from home. He was picked up the 19th and took his last breath on the 20th. It was so sudden that I wasn't so sure what to do. I called Paws in Paradise in tears hoping that something could be done at the last minute. Laurie opened her doors for me and made sure that Otis was taken care of. The staff at Paws in Paradise was awesome! When I made the decision to do this I was thankful I found them. I have her back now and very pleased with everything they did!!! Thank you all again!!!
Hate that I needed them 3 times in 5 months. But so thankful they took care of our sweet pups ( ages 10 to 12 yrs old) who all passed within weeks of each other. We will use them for all future furbabies too.
Our 1 1/2 year old shih tzu was very sick. From the initial phone call for information Paws In Paradise' staff were extremely caring and helpful. When she was euthanized, we transported her to the funeral home. Oscar was working that morning and helped us make our arrangements as well as offering condolences. He gave us the private time we needed to say goodbye to our baby. I was impressed at the timely manner she was returned to us. The memorial was beautiful. This company has been nothing but professional, exceptional, and excellent service that goes above and beyond in my time of grief. Again, I can't express enough of my gratitude. They took their time to explain each steps of the process and my beloved cat was returned back to me in 4 days in a beautiful wooden box. They even took a picture of my beloved cat in the crematory so that we know my cat is not being cremated with others. )
Salt of the earth staff ,wonderful and compassionate about what they do .Kind ,considerate and professional I know Tera is being taken care of with Dignity.
I can't say enough about how amazing they are. I have used them twice, and each time they come right away and are full of sympathy during the whole process. They even hand delivered my baby back to me. They are qbsolutely amazing!
We've had to call on your services twice this year and each time you showed our pets the same dignity and respect we gave them during their lives. Thank you.
