I understand cats can soil themselves following a procedure but to hand him back soaked in his own pee with some paper towels thrown in there is ridiculous. Today started off like a day from hell. My regular low cost vet clinic basically abandoned my 2 dogs and I after being clients for 7+ years. They canceled my appointment for a 2nd time and then wouldn’t see us without an appointment. The entire staff was so nice and friendly, despite the chaos a neuter/spay promo deal can cause the facility was well organized and clean. They sent an email update mid-day and gave good after care instructions.
