Dr. Diana is great. Takes great care of our dogs! Loves Marshall as much as we do.
Dr. Phillips obviously put a lot of time and thought into the clinic, it looks great! Brought my 4 week old puppy in for a check up and ended up buying the puppy package because it was such a great deal!
Dr Phillips cares about you and your pet. She is gentle, reassuring and thorough. She is quick to attend to the emergent and genuinely treats each patient with her full attention. If you have to wait or change your appointment because she is treating an emergency please know she is going to take her time with your animal. She keeps costs low and focuses on what you need, not what will put more money on the table.
I brought my adopted schnauzer Reece there just before closing, as he had fallen down a few steps and was holding his paw and wimpering in pain. Dr. Phillips was so caring and worked on him for an hour diagnosing and treating his problem. She dressed his leg perfectly so he could ambulate about with no problem. Dr. Phillips was wonderful with Coco..she was patient and kind..she is working 7 days a week to get the new practice going...there was a dog who was hurt right before us and she apologized for the delay, it was only a few minutes and it made me even better about her because you should never rush a sick or hurt animal. 5 stars for sure *****

My Nubbins starting vomiting and not eating for two days and Dr Phillips took him in right away and noticed something very wrong on X-ray and did an exploratory surgery on my boy! Thank god she did, my boy would not have made it another day! Dr Phillips saved my boys life!! He is at home recovering and Dr Phillips checks on him a few times a day!!! I am so very grateful for Dr Phillips and her team!!!
After my cat ate something he wasn't supposed to, we took him to Paws and Claws because it is so close to us. I am forever grateful that we did. Dr. Phillips saved our cat Martin's life. He needed surgery that night to remove it from his intestine. We were understandably nervous but she made us feel at ease. Her prices are very reasonable which was a nice surprise since we didn't know what to expect. We are taking our cats to Dr. Phillips from now on.
