RecommendedVery friendly and knowledgeable staff. Excellent communication with customers. Kind of pricy compared to other vet clinics we have dealt with in the past, but there is a reason for that... the quality of care is unmatched! I would definitely recommend Paws and Claws to anyone looking for the BEST care for their pets.
Emergency visit turned into such love for my dog! They spoiled her, and did everything they could to treat her ❤️ Will definitely bring Miley back to see the staff and Dr. Bolduc 🐾
I brought my precious fur baby to see Dr.B and Amanda. she was diagnosed with severe tooth decay and needed multiple extractions. They were very kind to set up a doable treatment plan and explained everything so well. They go above and beyond and my Roxie is home doing very well. as well as coming home with a cute bag for the tooth fairy..you guys are the best!
my dog is a scaredy cat, and usually takes a couple of days to get her back to normal after a vet visit. she loves the girls at this clinic. not worried at all. it was amazing!
Tried to make reservations for 3 cats 2 months in advance. Although assuring they would get back to us (5 times!), we never got a call back. Finally made reservations at Pet Resort in Jacksonville. Will warn everyone we know about this place! Do NOT recommend!!!
I'm an employee and also a client. In both roles I'm extremely impressed by the compassion, knowledge and kindness that Dr. B shows on a daily basis. I'm glad to have found her for my dogs. Veterinary Nurse Amanda does an incredible job and genuinely cares about our patients.
I have a dog who battled cancer for over a year. Sadly, I had to put him down yesterday. During that year, the staff was incredible, so helpful. Dr. B is amazing. Saying goodbye was the hardest thing I've ever had to do, but the compassion that each employee gave was incredible. Dr. B treated by boy with such respect and I am eternally grateful
We are traveling for work and were in need of a doggie day care set up (day boarding) for our 9 yr old Rottweiler. Paws and Claws went over and beyond in taking care of our boy. He looks forward to walking g in the door to hang with them. One day when we arrived we were informed he was a little busy because a sweet young girl was reading him a book. We went in for a first time appointment not long ago. We just came from FL and my dog needed some more Apoquel. After we got done with the examination, they tried to charge us over $800 worth of tests and medicines my dog didn’t need. My dog just needed the Apoquel, and on top of that they didn’t even have the medicine available. They were out. It wasn’t until two weeks later they got some in. Ridiculous. We went somewhere else.
