I have been bringing my dog Razzie to them for 3 years now . They do an amazing job. She enjoys her visit with them and I can't be more thankful. So much better service than Petco in Bangor! And I love the way she smells

Luna, a big, fluffy Great Pyrenees, had her first grooming visit here today and she looks beautiful! She is all tuckered out, however! Thank you for taking such good care of her.

I watched Kamrie dealing with a large, complaining dog at the Nail Clinic one Saturday. It was pulling out all the stops, but Kamrie was more than equal to the challenge. What impressed me the most was that, despite a busy time in the shop, she took all the time that the dog needed, and refused to rush through the job. She made it a positive experience for the dog, and that was worth SO much!

I feel like I got over charged and did not get the service I asked for. They rushed through 3 fluffy white dogs in one hour. 2 were supposed to get washed and brushed out and the other washed and cut. The Samoyed did not get brushed out and one never got cut. My dogs have only been to a couple groomers over the years and the price was very compatible until this place, $60 more than others and all work was not completed. No problem, I will not come back.
